Sadly my fall meant that I was laid up yesterday watching a lot of rubbish tv.

The most hideous of which was Cher Lloyd's Swagger Jagger video. Holy cats! It was like a car crash, I couldn't look away no matter how horrifying it was. It was an assault on my senses so hideous I fear I might never recover.

Even more disturbing than J-Lo's last feeble attacks on the pop charts. And I didn't think that was possible.

The outfits were awful, the song is shameful and her attitude is utterly deluded.

But the worst thing? Her enormous barnet and the body of a child. I couldn't get my head round it, and it upset me not a little. Let's not let this sort of lunacy continue.
