Due South

Eeek! I am off to South Africa this weekend for the lovely Amelia and Harry's wedding. I have been happily shopping away in preparation and now I need just one thing.

A bag. I want it to be cheap and cheerful that I can sling over my shoulder and not worry about too much. I also want it to have a zip so I don't have to worry about the contents. So just a simple tote won't quite do.

I have found this selection that I would be happy with, but the Bath branches don't stock any of them. Ack. What's a girl to do?

Biba Fever

It is the Bath in Fashion event at the moment. I just looked out of my window and a majestic vision was before me. Barbara Hulanicki.

I kid you not! She looked exactly like that.

I nearly fell into a faint.

She is in town for a screening of a documentary, Beyond Biba, and is doing a Q&A afterwards.

Eeeeeeek!

Sadly I didn't get tickets for it. Ack!
