Legs Eleven

I know that envy isn't an admirable emotion, but dear lord I wish I had Alexa Chung's legs. Well, maybe with marginally more heft to the calf, but basically them. She looks just amazing on the cover of Elle. I know she isn't to everyone's taste but I think she is adorable.

And it is lovely to see her styled differently in the magazine. Whilst her demure styling is heaven I love this slightly more saucy look on her.

Out of S(h)orts

I've been seeing a lot of this going on. I know the weather is constantly changing at the moment. I know that it is almost impossible to be suitably dressed for the day's temperature.

I know these things. But I really don't think this is the answer.

Is it Alexa's fault?

Or Alice's?

Both these pictures are old though, aren't they? At least a year old I would have thought. Does it take that long to drip through?

But whatever the inspiration I think it is fair to say that I am enormously displeased.

Pop Your Clogs

(Image via Haneli)

Clogs. Hmmmm. My mother was always a big fan. And at some stage during my teenage years they were huge. The brightly coloured, low heeled variety. I wanted them so bad, but it wasn't to be.

And now they seem to have grown up. They look almost elegant. And I am craving them once again.

Look how utterly delightful Miss C looks in hers.

But they are silly, aren't they? I shouldn't covet them at all.

Particularly this pair, which are actually quite ugly.

But I do.

New Girl In Town

(Image via Glamour)

I too love Miss Jamil. She is just so terribly bouncy of hair and full of lip, and pretty, pretty, pretty. And she seems unashamedly keen on looking like a girl and being adorable. What's not to love?

My positive feelings for Miss Chung wax and wane. But I adore her in this outfit. I covet her hose. And ...leather shorts?!? Ziiiing!

If I Had a Hammer

Isn't it tiresome this rain? I was over the moon to discover that the moccasin is completely waterproof though yesterday. Yippee.

I thought she looked good too. Generally I find Mischa irrationally grating. I don't know why. But yeah man, she looked good in that maxi.

I also used to find this lady a bit annoying, without any good reason. But I am warming to her enormously of late. I like the colour of her dress a LOT but I would have preferred it to have done something else around the midriff. I suspect she may go in at that point more than the dress suggests. But overall I like it a lot.

I also like what Alexa wore. I LOATHE the whimsical cat bag and I think the dress is a bit too big but I will forgive that because I think she looks lovelier than most of the other ladies there.
