Oh Tulisa, you truly are one of the worst dressed celebs I have ever laid eyes on. And I think you take pride in that. You like to be as revealing as possible and have a certain knack of making even expensive clothes look cheap.

So I was rather taken aback on seeing this dress. Below the knee? With sleeves? No cleavage? I feel as though the rug has been pulled out from under me. I just don't know what on earth is going on.
But I shan't worry about it too much because I am sure she will be back to dressing like a brothel keeper in one of her favoured lace concoctions in the blink of an eye. And normality will be restored.
