Ugliest items of 2009 - part 2

Oooh! I think you might be right. It is like shooting fish in a barrel finding the ugly items, isn't it?

What is the POINT of that cut out bit. There is no POINT. They remind me of the wedges with a heel that Lily Allen keeps sporting about town. Nonsense.
