I am going to the paralympics on Saturday. I am super excited. And while I most certainly will not be draping myself in the Union Jack I do having a leaning towards sporting the red white and blue in a subtle way.

The Rhythm's Gonna Get You

Did you see the rhythmic gymnastics? It was awesome. For their athleticism, remarkable accuracy and synchronicity. But also for their amazing sequin bedecked outfits and make up. The Russians were particularly enamoured of a pink lip, as am I. So in tribute to their gold medal I will be rocking the look myself.

Olympic Fever

Woo, hoo! The Olympics are here!

I have got an Opening Ceremony party to go to tonight and I'm super excited about it.

I am particularly loving the Olympic themed nail extravaganza being undertaken by many lady athletes.
